The Preparations

On Monday we set out for Nina + Jon’s epic wedding day at Sandhole Oak Barn in Cheshire, the sun was up and it was set to be the perfect day. On arriving at Sandhole Oak Barn we found the girls getting all glammed up by the amazing Gemma and Vic. Sandhole Oak Barn has a luxury room where the bridal can relax with plenty of room for her 3 bridesmaids and mum.

The Traditional Church Ceremony

Wanting a traditional church wedding is something special and St James’ and St Paul’s Church in Marton is the perfect setting for that intimate and romantic traditional wedding. The Church does sit on a very busy road so we advise anyone looking at this venue to be careful when you arrive. Inside the church is spacious enough for at least 100 guests and would be the perfect addition for those wanting something a bit more formal.

The Barn

It’s always a pleasure to shoot a wedding at Sandhole Oak Barn as the light and fresh feel, Nina choose a wonderful theme and colour scheme which fitted perfectly with her dress and the decorations. The flowers were from Kate’s Shed and blended perfectly with the soft summer feel of the venue. Tops Table did an amazing job of decorating the room and providing wonderful food.

The Couple

Nina + Jon are the perfect match and we wish them health and happiness in their new life, it was such a pleasure to be part of their day and it was also lovely to see some old faces as we photographed their friends wedding at Style Lodge so it was a great opportunity to catch up with them.

The Evening

The evening started with a romantic 1st dance and followed shortly afterwards by a dance with her dad, such a lovely moment to be having a dance with your dad, always brings a little tear. The girls had been very excited to show everyone their rehearsed Dirty Dancing routine that they had practised on the Hen Do so that was fun. All in all the day was just perfect.
