One of the best things about being Cheshire family photographers is getting to work with lovely families like The Day’s and visit beautiful locations like Bramhall Park in Stockport.
The Day family chose the perfect location for their family photoshoot. Bramhall Park is a park with woodland and trails. The park’s centrepiece is Bramhall Hall, a 14th century timber framed hall that is surrounded with beautifully landscaped greenspace.
It’s always a good idea to invest in keepsakes when your family are young. Pre-school age children develop and grow so quickly so stopping to capture a snapshot in time is something families never regret.
Creative and Natural Bramhall Park family photography
We started by taking some images of the four of them in Bramhall Park’s pretty gardens. It wasn’t long before the girls shook off their initial shyness and were off exploring and playing on the lawns. We loved the images we got of them playing with one another.
We then walked down to the duck ponds and got some gorgeous images of the family on the bank of the pond. Bramhall Park is an oasis for a variety of wildlife and the ducks wasted no time ensuring that they were featured in some images.
We then walked on to the long meadowed grass that provided the girls with a natural playground and we got some lovely individual images of them before they were joined again by mum and dad for tickles and cuddles.
Relaxed children always means relaxed parents so I was able to capture the Day family looking rested, natural and relaxed, which resulted in some images that I know they are really thrilled with.
And as you can see from the images, nothing looks posed or forced. Just natural images of a young family enjoying one another’s company.
Beautiful Family Photography at Bramhall Park
On the day we were blessed with perfect light allowing us to make the best of the hazy sunshine to create beautiful images. (us Cheshire photographers are total geeks when it comes to banging on about light!)
For our last photographs, we took portrait shots of the family stood outside Bramhall Hall itself. The perfect images to close the story of this fun family photoshoot.
