The morning started with Ruth getting ready in one of the charming suites at Statham Lodge. Her gorgeous gown from @lovebridlecheshire hung in the window, catching the morning light, while hair stylist @megrosestyling worked her magic. Ruth’s bridesmaids, dressed in sleek black gowns, had the sweetest reaction when they saw her in her wedding dress for the first time. Tears, laughter, and a lot of excited squeals filled the room!
Venue & Styling
The ceremony itself was held outdoors in the stunning gardens of Statham Lodge. Ruth looked radiant as she walked down the aisle, bouquet in hand created by the talented @extrafleureventstyling who also dressed the venue beautifully. Georgio’s emotional reaction as he saw Ruth for the first time was a moment to remember, and one of those raw, beautiful scenes that makes being a wedding photographer so special.
The reception room was dressed to perfection with tall floral arrangements, candles, and elegant black-and-white details, all thanks to @extrafleureventstyling. It was the perfect setting for dinner, speeches, and plenty of laughter. Later, guests watched as Ruth and Georgio cut their beautifully decorated cake, before the party carried on into the evening.
The Party
After the vows, the celebrations really kicked off. Guests were entertained by the amazing @spencer.sax and @adamteasdalesinger, who brought so much energy and fun to the day. From dancing on the lawn to champagne towers, the atmosphere was electric. Ruth and Georgio poured champagne together, sealing it with a kiss, which made for some iconic photos.
