Colshaw Hall Weddings

From morning prep laughs in matching PJs and heart-shaped sunglasses, to the incredible live music that had everyone dancing, this wedding was filled with joy from start to finish.
Morning Prep with Style
The bridal prep was buzzing with excitement. Millie and her bridesmaids started the day in pink matching PJs, sipping bubbles and striking poses in oversized heart-shaped sunglasses. Makeup was beautifully done by Emma Streeter (@emmaseatreemakeup) and hair styled to perfection by Charlotte Rose (@charlotterosehairstylist_) using Beauty Works, KYK Haircare, Color Wow, and Bedhead by Tigi. Millie looked stunning in her classic off-the-shoulder gown, and her smile lit up every room.
Meanwhile, the boys arrived looking sharp in black tie. Luke and his groomsmen, along with the most stylish young usher, looked the part and were clearly ready for a day of fun.
A Dream Ceremony at Colshaw Hall
Colshaw Hall is one of our favourite venues to photograph, with its perfect blend of countryside charm and elegance. The ceremony was held in the stunning ceremony hall, filled with gorgeous blooms by The White Orchid. The atmosphere was electric as Millie and Luke walked down the aisle as husband and wife, showered in confetti and love.
The Celebrations Begin
Guests were treated to live entertainment throughout the day, and it was nothing short of epic. Backchat Brass brought energy and fun, DJ Dom Wood kept the dancefloor buzzing, and the amazing Nick Rushworth on sax added those Ibiza vibes that had everyone on their feet.
The wedding breakfast was catered by Barretts, with guests enjoying incredible food before partying the night away.
Reception Details
The Colshaw Hall team dressed the room beautifully, creating a space that was elegant, romantic, and totally wow-worthy. From towering floral centrepieces to sparkling fairy lights, it was a dream setting. Millie and Luke’s cake, lovingly made by a family friend, was simple yet stunning, decorated with delicate pearl-like details.
The dancefloor lit up with huge light-up letters spelling out Mr & Mrs Cawdery, setting the perfect backdrop for the evening party.
Capturing the Magic
As wedding photographers, we love capturing those natural, in-between moments, and this wedding had plenty of them. From Millie glancing back with a smile while walking hand-in-hand with Luke, to guests belting out lyrics with Backchat Brass, this wedding was a joy to document.
